A national TV streaming platform for Switzerland could fundamentally reshape the Swiss media ecosystem, particularly under the pressures of AI, global streaming services & declining linear television audiences. Instead of several disconnected distribution channels, Switzerland would own a common digital infrastructure. This is similar to having national railways or a
1. Verfassungsauftrag (Public Service Compliance) Erfüllt das Angebot den Auftrag nach Art. 93 BV ? 2. Demokratischer Nutzen Verbessert das Angebot die freie Meinungsbildung ? 3. Gesellschaftlicher Nutzen Fördert es Bildung, Kultur oder Integration ? 4. Sprachliche Kohäsion Unterstützt es alle
From a Senge Fifth Discipline perspective, the deepest root cause is a defective mental model. We behave as if the economy is outside nature, instead of inside nature. The required shift is from linear economy: extract, produce, consume & discard to a living-systems economy: sense, learn, reduce harm, regenerate &
Climate change is not caused by one “bad sector”. It is the system outcome of a global economy optimized for throughput, fossil energy, land conversion, consumption growth & weak feedback from planetary limits. The physical root cause is clear: human greenhouse-gas emissions, dominated by fossil CO₂, methane, nitrous oxide &
Peter Senge's five disciplines define the behavioral architecture of a learning organization. An event-driven SIPOC model defines its operational architecture. 1. Personal Mastery AI augmentation by AI copilots to personalize learning, generate simulations, recommend courses, evaluate progress & coach employees continuously. 2. Mental Models AI assists by generating
An AI-native sovereign data center can also be organized around specialized autonomous agents, each responsible for a major operational domain: 1. Infrastructure Agent manages facilities, power, cooling & physical assets. 2. Compute Agent orchestrates GPU, CPU, storage & workload scheduling. 3. Data Agent governs data ingestion, quality, lineage, residency &
A Sovereign AI Data Center Ecosystem is a trusted, secure, AI-native infrastructure ecosystem that provides sovereign control over data, AI models, computing resources, networking, operations, governance & compliance throughout the AI lifecycle. Its objective is national security, economic resilience, digital independence, protection of sensitive data, reliable AI services & long-term
An AI-native vocational education & training system can be conceived as a lifecycle that transforms a student into an AI-augmented skilled professional capable of operating, supervising & improving increasingly automated systems. 1. Competency Architecture & Curriculum Design Design competency framework combining domain expertise, AI literacy, digital skills, systems thinking &
The event-driven SIPOC process model is a foundational Action Model. Inspired by Vaclav Smil's observation that "The future, as ever, is not predetermined. Its outcome depends on our actions." the event-driven SIPOC methodology provides a transparent representation of how actions create outcomes. Every human endeavor from
In an Agentic Quantum Banking System, quantum resources should be concentrated where complexity explodes exponentially, while classical AI remains dominant for routine workflows. 1. Customer Intelligence Agent Customer acquisition, retention, pricing & product recommendations by Quantum clustering, nearest-neighbor search & recommendation systems. 2. Fraud & Financial Crime Agent Detection of
