Universal Event-driven SIPOC Action Architecture

Universal Event-driven SIPOC Action Architecture
Event-driven SIPOC Action Architecture model auto generated by the ProcessHorizon web app

My objective was to provide one universal, intuitive and stakeholder-oriented Action Architecture for understanding, designing, governing and executing value-creating activities across the enterprise, from business modeling to autonomous AI operations.

The architecture consists of five interconnected layers, each using the same Event-driven SIPOC methodology, with explicit objectives, trigger events, process ownership and completion events.

Universal event-driven SIPOC value chain StartEvent >Suppliers >Inputs >PROCESS >Outputs >Customers >EndEvent

L1 Business Modeling: What value do we create & for whom ?

Identify customer needs, define value proposition, design value creation & capture model, validate business viability.

L2 Enterprise Strategy Development: Translate the business model into actionable strategic objectives & competitive advantages.

Assess strategic position, define objectives, select priorities, allocate strategic resources, approve roadmap.

L3 Management: Translate enterprise strategy into accountable, resourced & governed business operations.

Establish operating model, assign ownership & decision rights, allocate resources, embed controls, monitor performance.

L4 Operations: Deliver products & services through effective, reliable & controlled business processes.

Validate request, coordinate activities, deliver product or service, verify quality, record outcome.

L5 Agentic AI Orchestration: Execute authorized business actions autonomously or collaboratively through AI agents while maintaining accountability, safety & compliance.

Interpret event, select authorized actions, coordinate agents & tools, enforce controls, verify outcomes, escalate exceptions.

N.B.: Agentic AI does not replace the business architecture. It becomes an execution capability embedded within it.

ProcessHorizon provides an all-in-one Business Action Architecture with one common language for enterprise value creation from business modeling to Agentic AI orchestration.
