IT Artificial Intelligence Management System

The ISO/IEC standard 42001:2023 published in December 2023 provides requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) within the context of an organization. Its purpose is to ensure responsible development and use of AI systems for organizations providing or utilizing AI-based products or services.

Based on this new international standard for holistic AI governance, I am working on a process perspective with a comprehensive process model and process maps available in the ProcessHorizon web app for review and customization to your needs.

The process modeling methodology used by the ProcessHorizon app is the stakeholder oriented end-to-end SIPOC process notation:

From Source > Supplier > Input > PROCESS > Output > Customer                           to Recipient / Destination

The ProcessHorizon app supports a multi-layered hierarchical process architecture:

1) on strategy main process (MP) level,

2) on management process (PR) level and

3) on working subprocess (SP) level

fully transparent in the UI navigation bar for process editing and ad-hoc selection of automagically generated visual process maps.
